Rates for 2022:
• Weekly only, rental rate $ 2600.00 /week • Check-in time : 4 p.m. • Check-out time : 12:00 noon Email us with any question, or to request a booking: info@wildwildrest.caPayment:
500$/week deposit at time of booking is required, this also serves as a damage/security deposit. Full payment should be received 1 month before arrival. Deposit will be refunded after the cottage is vacated and inspected for damages. We accept cheques or Interac etransferCancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less 100$/week cancellation fees, if cancelled 2 months before arrival. If cancelled less than 2 months before arrival date, all monies will be refunded less 400$/week cancellation fees. If cancelled less than 1 month before arrival date, all monies will be refunded less 500$/week cancellation fees.Limitations:
Maximum occupancy: 8 (6 adults, 2 children) No pets please No smoking Linens and towels not supplied Noise restriction in effect after 11:00 p.m.Renter’s Obligations:
The Renters shall keep the cottage and all furniture, fixtures, chattels, fittings and effects in or about the cottage in the same state of repair and condition as the commencement of the Holiday, and shall leave the cottage in a clean and good order in which it was found. Simply email us your preference to info@wildwildrest.ca and we will get back to you with a confirmation. (We may be able to book during the off season if the cottage is not in use). If you wish to proceed with the booking, please let us know by email or phone, we will then email you a rental agreement to be signed and mailed back along with the deposit. All requests are subject to final approval by the cottage owners. If declined the 500$ deposit will be refunded.
